You will architect comprehensive AI governance frameworks that balance innovation with regulatory compliance. Working closely with our global teams, you'll ensure AI systems are transparent, auditable, and aligned with UK AI White Paper guidelines and EU AI Act requirements. You'll be instrumental in building stakeholder trust in AI adoption.
Design and implement AI governance frameworks aligned with UK and EU regulations
Conduct comprehensive AI risk assessments and algorithmic impact assessments
Develop AI ethics review processes and bias detection methodologies
Create automated compliance monitoring and audit trail systems
Lead cross-functional AI governance committees and training programs
Establish AI model documentation standards for regulatory reporting
Monitor emerging AI regulations and advise on strategic compliance approaches
Collaborate with legal teams on AI contract reviews and vendor assessments
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Law, Ethics, or related field
4-6 years of experience in AI governance, compliance, or technology risk
Deep understanding of UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, and emerging AI regulations
Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts, bias detection, and algorithmic auditing
Experience with regulatory frameworks (NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC standards)
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language
