You will engineer sophisticated privacy solutions that automate complex compliance workflows. Combining technical expertise with deep regulatory knowledge, you'll design systems for automated data discovery, DSAR processing, consent management, and breach notification. Architect privacy-by-design solutions for cloud-native applications
Develop automated compliance monitoring and reporting systems
Build privacy-enhancing technologies (PETs) including anonymization and encryption
Implement comprehensive DSAR automation and data subject rights fulfillment
Design consent management platforms with real-time preference synchronization
Create privacy compliance APIs and integrate with business applications
Develop privacy incident response and breach notification automation
Build privacy compliance dashboards and executive reporting tools
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
3-5 years of software engineering experience with privacy or security focus
Strong expertise in UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, and international privacy laws
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices
Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript)
Knowledge of database systems, API design, and system integration patterns
