Built by people who were tired of compliance being nobody's full-time job
Praeferre started from a simple, recurring observation: the organisations that got hurt by a breach or a fine rarely lacked good intentions. They lacked a system — something that made compliance a continuous, visible discipline instead of a checklist someone half-owned alongside three other jobs.
We set out to build the platform we wished existed: one that could read a thousand supplier documents as fast as it could redact a single sensitive prompt, that treated GDPR and DPDP and a home-grown internal policy with the same rigour, and that gave a named, accountable person — whether in-house or through us — the evidence to make a confident call.
That's still the whole point. Not more dashboards. Not more noise. A system your compliance team, your board and your auditor can all actually trust.
